Ghela Boskovich

Ghela Boskovich is founder of FemTechGlobal™, a network dedicated to challenging the status quo, and improving the inclusiveness and diversity in Financial Services. She is also Head of Europe for the Financial Data and Technology Association. Ghela is also a well-known advocate for improving inclusiveness and diversity in Financial Services. Ghela’s past work was centered on fast-tracking internal innovation and the practical application and comercialisation of fintech/bank collaboration. Currently, she focuses on fostering an ethical data democracy, individual consumer empowerment over their data, data economy disruptive business models, and facilitating banks’ emerging technology consumption. Ghela takes product, service, journey, and business model redesign from initial concept to go-to-market delivery. Her strong regulatory economic background lends an ability to navigate compliance mandates with a commercial angle, as well as identify new commercial opportunities in a rapidly deregulated landscape. She is an evangelist for Open Banking and Finance as a means to nurture Customer Lifetime Value, and transform Financial Services for the greater good.

Daniel Eidan

Daniel is an Adviser and Solution Architect at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in the Innovation Hub where he builds technology solutions for the central banking community with a special focus on blockchain and CBDC. Before the BIS he was lead digital currency work at R3, was a software engineer manager and a technical educator. He started his career as an Infantry Combat Commander in the Israeli army and received an honors degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.

Arik Steinberg

Mr. Steinberg is the Chairman of Tel Aviv Stock Exchange - Israel's securities exchange. He is also the Chairman of REE, who leads and creates a disruptive technology enables a complete flat and modular chassis, reducing space, weight, and makes the future of electric mobility more efficient reliable and scalable. Mr. Steinberg serves on the BoD of Leumi Partners – Bank Leumi Group's proprietary and Investment arm, and it's the leading Israeli financial firm active in merchant banking and offerings broad investment banking and research services. In the past Mr. Steinberg served as CEO and at BoD’s of publicly traded companies, investment houses and other institutions.

Yali Rothenberg

Yali is the Accountant General at Israel Ministry of Finance since December 2020. From 2017-2020 he was the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Bezeq Group. From 2004-2017 he held a number of positions in the Accountant General’s section, including HQ accountant and chief accountant of the section. His last position in the section was Senior Deputy to the Chief Accountant and Head of the Finance, Credit & Management Information Division, where he was responsible for raising and managing the Government debt, for providing state guarantees and for government collection. In 2013-2014 he served as a director of the Ashdod Port company. Yali is a Qualified accountant (C.P.A.) with a BEcon degree in Economics and an MBA degree in Business Management majoring in Finance.

Sarit Firon

Sarit Firon is a Managing Partner of Team8 Capital and Team8, and a member of the Team8 Group Steering Committee. Sarit joined Team8 in 2019 to launch Team8 Capital, the company’s first investment fund focused on early-stage investments in Seed and Series A Rounds. Sarit brings more than 27 years of global investment and operational experience across Silicon Valley, New York, and Tel Aviv, helping build companies and bring them to IPO and acquisitions. She has participated in exits valued at more than $8B and invested in some of the most prominent companies in the Israeli ecosystem including Datorama, Tipalti, Fiverr (NYSE: FVRR), Armis, Innoviz, Otonomo, OpenWeb, Demisto, Argus, and more. Altogether she has been involved with 9 unicorns. In addition to being an accomplished investor, Sarit has held numerous leadership roles, serving as CEO, CFO, Chairperson, and active board member at category-leading companies, accompanying them from seed to IPO and post-IPO. This includes serving as CFO at MediaMind during its Nasdaq IPO and later acquisition as well as at P-Cube that was acquired by Cisco. She also led the seed round of Datorama (one of the largest Israeli SaaS companies), taking an active board member role until the company’s acquisition by Salesforce. Prior to founding Team8 Capital, Sarit was the Managing Partner of Cerca Partners, a venture firm that focuses on co-investment in Israeli and Israeli-US based tech companies. She currently serves as the Chairperson at Evogene (EVGN) and as a board member at Perion (PERI) Sarit holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University and a Diploma in Accounting Advanced Studies from Tel-Aviv University.
